Winter Engine and Kohler partner with Mericle to install and start-up two Kohler Model #2000REOZMD generators. This system is designed specifically for standard back-up power with the added benefit of built-in flexibility of a redundant generator. Whether the redundant gen is sitting waiting for a start signal or spinning and ready at moment’s notice to pick up the load, this facility is protected from unforeseen power issues. Alternating work load of two gens means a flexible maintenance schedule. As one generator is online, the other can receive routine service to keep both in peak working condition as well as split the working hours for increased life for both gens.
